Downtown's 112 Eatery opened more than a year ago, and it's still the "It" reservation in town, and a fast favorite with diners and local chefs alike who've made the restaurant their late-night gathering place. Owned by chef Isaac Becker and wife Nancy St. Pierre, the cozy restaurant features a long list of inventive but affordable dishes. Think pan-fried sweetbreads, roasted grouper, and a much-touted bacon, egg, and harissa sandwich. Add to the experience a warm welcome, comfy booths, and sidewalk tables. It's a restaurant that will keep you coming back, no matter what part of town you live in.
