What are your three favorite dishes in the Twin Cities? Monkfish Liver with Salmon Roe at Sushi Tango, Rock Shrimp Risotto from Steven Brown at Levain (when they were open - I'll never forget that dish) and Steak Tartare at 112 Eatery.
