On the Cover
Isaac Becker's restaurant is not only tops--it's our choice for
restaurant of the year--his food is delicious and masterfully prepared
and presented. He created six dishes, we photographed them, then
deliberated on which would make the best cover. The winner? The blue
prawns. They're the real deal, folks. So good, you could, well, eat them.
